Supply Manual and Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual now on Buyandsell.gc.ca
Public Works and Government Services Canada’s (PWGSC's) Supply Manual and SACC Manual are now located in the new Policy and Guidelines section on Buyandsell.gc.ca, a central location for policy updates, information about procurement legal frameworks and related resources. Policy Notifications (PN) will also be available on Buyandsell.gc.ca. (Please note that the manuals and active PNs will no longer be available on the pwgsc.gc.ca Web site.)

- Better and easier search function
- Tracking content updates as a result of policy changes or revisions to clauses and conditions
- Accessible for readers using assistive reading technologies
- Content can easily be copied and pasted into documents created using word processing programs such as Microsof Word
Content Updates
Work is still ongoing to enhance the presentation of the content in both manuals. Future updates to both manuals will be done quarterly and urgent updates will be made as necessary. The SACC Manual has been modified to address changes to the standard instructions and conditions as well as the general conditions. The Supply Manual will be updated in the near future to incorporate some of the PNs that have been released recently and other required changes.
About the Supply Manual and the SACC Manual
The Supply Manual contains policies and procedures for the procurement of goods, services and construction by PWGSC contracting officers. The SACC Manual lists terms and conditions that may be referenced in PWGSC procurement documents.

Canadian Innovation Commercialization Program
The CICP third Call for Proposals is now available on MERX
The Canadian Innovation Commercialization Program (CICP) is pleased to announce that the third Call for Proposals is now posted on MERXTM, the Government of Canada's electronic tendering service. The CICP helps Canadian businesses get their innovative products and services to the marketplace by awarding contracts to entrepreneurs with pre-commercial innovations through an open, transparent, competitive and fair procurement process.

To order the opportunity at no cost, suppliers must have a MERXTM account. To create this account, businesses must have a Procurement Business Number. Register in the Supplier Registration Information system to obtain your Procurement Business Number.
