Founders vs. Funders: The Battle for Startup Capital

One of the most challenging aspects of starting a business is securing funding. There are plenty of options out there for entrepreneurs, but getting the amount of capital you need when you need it can feel like a battle.

Join us the evening of February 13 to witness the first “duelling panel” between entrepreneurs, investors and lenders for startup capital. The founders will be sharing how bank loans, private equity, venture capital and bootstrapping brought their company success while the funders will be sharing what they look for before they cut a cheque. You’ll learn firsthand what strategies can help you win your own fight for capital to start and grow your business. The duelling panel will be followed by a musical performance of two duelling pianos and a networking hour to connect with other event attendees.

This event is perfect for entrepreneurs who want to hear all sides about the different ways to fund their startup and witness in real time the fight for which source of capital is best. Please join us for an evening of inspiration, entertainment and networking!

Food and drinks will be served and there will be a cash bar (you'll get one free drink ticket!)
