Heather is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Edmonton office.  She regularly works with women entrepreneurs, growing and scaling their businesses.  This covers a wide range, including financings, cross-border technology licenses, structuring discussions and optimizing corporate structure, succession planning, contract reviews, and navigating complex relationships with business partners or others.
