Kiran has spent the past decade shaping how AWE supports entrepreneurs from advising, teaching and financing, to now leading AWE’s learning programs where she designs experiences that spark confidence, clarity and a sense of community for business owners.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and advanced leadership and instruction certifications, she blends business know-how with a calm, supportive presence that helps women feel capable and ready for what’s next.
Growing up around family businesses, Kiran deeply understands the ups, downs, and big feelings that come with entrepreneurship - and she brings that empathy into every interaction.
Whether she’s brainstorming for a new learning lab or coaching a business founder through the next steps, she thrives on seeing the “aha moments” when something clicks for an entrepreneur and channels that energy into helping women build the business they imagine.
Outside of work, Kiran loves binge-watching the latest thriller series, writing poetry, and cooking epic dishes from all cuisines. She feels most energized when spending time in the mountains or by the ocean.
