Louise is a partner in BLG’s Securities and Capital Markets Group and a committed advocate for women-led and women-founded companies.
As the co-leader of BLG’s Driven by Women initiative in Calgary, she works closely with entrepreneurs navigating the legal and financial steps of raising capital, scaling, and structuring their businesses.
Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, and the complex decisions that shape growth.
Outside the office, she recharges by traveling and spending time in the mountains skiing, hiking, and adventuring with her dog.
At AWE, Louise contributes deep legal insight and a genuine belief in the potential of women-led businesses to strengthen Alberta’s economy.
