Vanessa keeps AWE running smoothly with her mix of organization, heart, and unstoppable initiative.
She’s worked across multiple industries, especially in the non-profit sector and believes deeply in the impact strong systems and compassionate support can have on entrepreneurs.
With a Bachelor of Science and certificates in HR and Office Administration, Vanessa is the person who makes sure the details are handled, the team is supported, and clients feel cared for.
Outside of work, she’s a Festival Director, instructor, and company dancer with the Ukrainian Cheremosh Society, a role that’s taken her around the world and fuels her passion for culture, community, and connection.
