Courtney Boyes, Director of Client Service
Courtney Boyes brings over 15 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship and leading service-oriented teams, with a deep passion for helping people and organizations thrive.
With a background in business management and ownership, including running a service-based esthetics business and a retail store, Courtney understands firsthand the challenges business owners face, especially women entrepreneurs navigating growth and change. That lived experience continues to shape her practical, people-centered, and solutions-focused approach.
Today, as AWE’s Director of Client Services, Courtney leads with a commitment to ensuring clients feel supported, empowered, and set up for success. She draws on her expertise in operations, HR, training, and service delivery to lead high-impact, client-focused initiatives across the organization.
Courtney holds a Business Management degree with Great Distinction from Athabasca University. She's also an active community volunteer, serving as a board member for the City of St. Albert. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her outdoors—camping, hiking, or enjoying time with family and friends.
