Courtney Boyes, Human Resource and Operations Manager

Courtney Boyes is an enthusiastic people partner, who believes that an organization’s most valuable assets are the people who work within it.

With an early career in management and entrepreneurship, Courtney understands well the unique challenges that women business owners face, and how critical access to support systems are for the success of their businesses. With that experience, and after working in HR management, Courtney achieved a degree in Business Management with Great Distinction from Athabasca University.

Now, Courtney utilizes her diverse skills and experiences to support the Alberta Women Entrepreneurs as the Human Resources and Operations Manager.  Courtney is thrilled to be working with the team at AWE to help develop, expand, and promote women’s entrepreneurship in the province.

Outside of work, Courtney volunteers as a board member for the City of St Albert and loves to spend time with her family and friends. Whenever possible she’ll be outdoors, and ideally, camping and hiking in the mountains.
