Courtney Boyes has more than 20 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship and leading service-oriented teams, with a genuine passion for helping people and organizations thrive.

Having run both a service-based esthetics business and a retail store through a recession, Courtney knows firsthand the challenges business owners face and how vital supportive organizations can be in helping entrepreneurs feel less alone. That experience continues to shape her practical, people-centered and solutions-focused approach.

As AWE’s Director of Client Services, Courtney is committed to ensuring both clients and the AWE team feel supported, empowered and set up for success. She focuses on making sure the team has what they need to thrive so together they can deliver high-value, impactful support to entrepreneurs. Drawing on her background in operations, HR, training, service delivery and change management, she leads initiatives that put people first and create meaningful results.

Courtney holds a Business Management degree with Great Distinction from Athabasca University and is Prosci-certified in change management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking and being with family and friends.
