For women with established businesses, who are ready to scale.

Women entrepreneurs who are ready to shift to the next stage of entrepreneurial success will be enabled to set aside time from working in their business to working on their businesses, alongside their peers and program professionals. Participants will build a growth strategy that’s relevant to their business and the increasing complexities of a digital world.

Is Strategic Edge right for you and your business?

To ensure that all our participants get the most out of this program, please review the following program requisites to see if they are applicable to your business. If your business seems to fit these criteria, we welcome you to submit your application to the Strategic Edge program.

  • Own a business, generating a minimum of $250,000 in revenue each year.

  • Have been in business for a minimum of two years.

  • Have at least two staff members (or contractor equivalent).

  • Be willing to share perspectives and experiences with peers in the group.

  • Have a computer with reliable Internet access.

  • Have a basic business strategy to build upon

  • Be able to dedicate time to attending the program sessions with your peers

Program Outcomes

The Strategic Edge program will help you to grow your organization while leveraging data at the core of your planning. With the help of our Expert Advisors, you will build a data-driven growth strategy designed to scale and expand your business.

Human Resources: Address the challenges of planning, leading, and empowering your team to align with your business growth.

Supply Chain: Look past the traditional supply chain processes that you’re used to and leverage an increasingly data-driven environment to identify areas of growth.

Growth Marketing: Review the strategies and tactics of a growth marketing approach to maximize ROI in each stage of your customer’s journey.

Managing Capital: Understand some of the financial roadblocks that can prevent your company from growing or scaling, and find ways to overcome them.

Sales for Growth: Define and plan out a CRM specific to your company’s revenue growth needs.

This is simply a snapshot of what the program offers as there are going to be many more areas of learning and opportunities. This program will ultimately help you gain skills, and grow connections to strategically grow your business with confidence.

 

Live, on-line sessions

You will benefit from 7 sessions of live, on-line training and group discussion.

 

Group advising

Get personalized, expert advice to help you achieve your goals with 3 working sessions in an informative group advising setting.
