Alisha Thaver

Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Covenant Care Canada, Edmonton

Alisha Thaver brings over 15 years of not-for-profit healthcare leadership experience. Her focus and expertise is in leading strategic, growth and innovation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, change management and board governance. Alisha is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Stakeholder Engagement at Covenant Care/Covenant Living.

Alisha is passionate about building relationships and capacity, while engaging with health leaders in a meaningful way and has served previously as the Chair of the Edmonton Node of Emerging Health Leaders and is currently the Chair of the Executive Board of the Canadian College of Health Leaders, Northern Alberta Chapter.

Alisha has a toddler and is enjoying seeing the world through optimistic and curious eyes.
