AWE's Bold Leadership Program supports women entrepreneurs who want to radically rethink their business from a digital lens and implement technology to improve their business performance. Read on to find out if this program is what your business needs.
Is Bold Leadership right for you and your business?
This program aims to take what you’ve already learned while working on your business goals and support you to build digital leadership, and optimize your processes. In order to ensure all our participants get the most out of this program, the following criteria applies. Please ensure the following criteria applies to you before proceeding with an application to the Bold Leadership Program.
Own a business generating a minimum of $200,000 in revenue each year.
Have been in business for a minimum of two years.
Have at least two staff members (or contractor equivalent).
Be willing to share perspectives and experiences with peers in the group.
Have a computer with reliable Internet access.
Be able to dedicate time outside of the program sessions to work on business and develop their digital strategy and leadership skills.
In this program, we will help you develop:
A Digital Strategy
Understand what a digital strategy is and how to build one for your business. Build a strategic measurement plan to evaluate the performance of your digital strategy.
A Defined Customer Journey
Map your customer journey and recognize client’s pain points. Gain awareness of current technologies and how to leverage them to add value to your clients.
Innovation and Automation
Map your internal processes and identify opportunities for automation. Learn models to create space for innovation within your business.
Supporting Your Technology Needs
AWE can offer financial support for technology adopted as part of your Digital Strategy. These digital technologies are subject to an application and approval process, which will take into consideration the expected impact on the business. Technology platforms may include but are not limited to: operating systems, web platforms, e-commerce sites, CRMs, analytics, database platforms, APIs, etc.
Access Digital Advisors
During the Bold Leadership Program, leaders will get advice from digital experts to help them build their digital strategy and implementation plan. They can work as a soundboard for the projects and ideas you are thinking of, and as a trusted advisor to understand what technologies would be helpful. We have experts in e-commerce, social media, business strategy, digital marketing, operations and many more.
