  • What is SEO and why it is important for your content strategy 
  • Why a brand one-pager is your most important communications asset
  • How to stay authentic to your brand’s voice and personality

Workshop #3: Making Social Media Work for Your Brand (August 23rd)

Social Media, what is it? How do you use it for business? Can you really make money from a Facebook page? This workshop will show you how to build your brand socially across a variety of platforms. In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn the basics of social media for business including how to create profiles on four platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Learn how to develop consist brand and messaging across platforms
  • Distinguish how to effectively measure your social media efforts and drive traffic to your website
  • Develop customer engagement basics including the power of reviews, comments, and customer concerns
