Lori Schmidt

Bold Leadership Expert Facilitator

Lori Schmidt (EC DEV, CA-AM, MBC), Loral Management Group, focuses on building stronger organizations through executive and organizational competitiveness advisory and coaching services. She is the former Chief Executive Officer of GO Productivity, a nationally incorporated not-for-profit organization working to improve the productivity, innovation, transformation, and competitiveness performance of Canadian businesses.

Lori is an avid supporter and facilitator of creative and collaborative approaches to building capacity in organizations and the eco systems in which they play - and in tackling regional and global competitiveness issues.  Lori has completed her economic development degree, a designation as a strategic alliance professional, a Mastery in Organizational and Executive Coaching and is a member of the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils - a global network of leaders from competitiveness organizations around the world.  Lori has been a speaker/presenter at a range of international events on the themes of competitive business strategy and digital transformation.

 Lori is a great believer that people are our most important resource and has developed and delivered a range of workshops around this theme. A strong advocate of giving back, Lori is involved in several not for profit ventures, including serving as Vice Chair on the board of Children Believe – an international organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in developing countries around the world. Lori is also an active Rotarian and most recently, Lori was identified as one of Canada’s Top 50 over 50 for her business and community leadership.
